Day 1. Nairobi/ Mara: Depart Nairobi at 6:30am and drive down the escarpment via the floor of the Great Rift Valley, to arrive at Maasai Mara Game Reserve in time for lunch. Later proceed for an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge or Luxury Tented Camp.
Days 2. Nairobi/ Mara: Morning and afternoon game drives from the comfortable base of the camp, explore the parks amazingly high concentration of game. Lake Baringo/ Lake Bogoria/ Lake Nakuru: Depart early in the morning and head south via Lake Bogoria which is a shallow soda lake with a beautiful scenery and home of flamingoes and arrive at the hot springs and the geysers all which contribute to the beauty of the lake. After lunch proceed to Lake Nakuru in the south. This is another shallow soda lake which inhabits more than a million flamingoes. The Lake Nakuru National Park also has a Rhino sanctuary. Day 1. Tree Hotel: Leave in the morning to reach the small town of Nyeri for lunch at your base hotel before leaving for the Tree Hotel. The night is spent in your comfortable perch above the floodlit waterhole and saltlick where, nightlong, a procession of animals comes to drink.
Day 2. Mount Kenya Safari Club: After breakfast a short drive brings you to the Mount Kenya Safari Club whose membership induces a host of movie stars, politicians and aristocrats. Here you can have a day of total relaxation in the splendid landscape surroundings. Activities available include golf, tennis, horseback riding, and of course swimming in the heated pool. Day 3. Day 1. Amboseli: Departing from at Nairobi at 6:30am we drive via Namanga to Amboseli National Park arriving mid afternoon. The park has a spectacular Mount Kilimanjaro backdrop and good stocks of a variety of wildlife .Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 2. Amboseli: We spend the day exploring and game driving with the imposing Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. We hope to spot elephant, buffalo, lion, cheetah, wildebeest, jackal and zebra as we explore the park. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 3-4. Tsavo West National Park: Departing early we travel to Tsavo West National Park, where we visit the Chyulu Hills and the Mzima Springs, favorite haunts for hippo and crocodile. If time permits we can view these animals from an underwater observation chamber. Our evenings are spent around the campfire in the African bush .Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
Day 5. Tsavo East: Rising early we continue on to Tsavo East National Park famous for herds of dust covered elephants, a variety of wildlife and some fine scenery. If time permits we will also visit Lugards Falls, Mundanda Rocks and Aruba Dam.Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 2. Masai Mara: We will take an early morning and late afternoon game drive to explore and enjoy the Masai Mara in search of the "Big Five". All meals are taken at the camp.
Day 3. Masai Mara: A second day to feel the wonderful atmosphere unique to this National Park while at the same time enjoying the game playing out their normal lives before our very eyes. Morning and afternoon game drives.
Day 4. Masai Mara/Nakuru: After breakfast depart for Lake Nakuru. A picnic lunch will be served on the way. Lake Nakuru is a bird's paradise, especially for the flamingoes. In fact Lake Nakuru is quite often called "The Pink Lake". Apart from birds, Nakuru also offers a wide variety of small game such as Rhino, Water Buck, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle. Dinner will be served as a simple but clean hotel to include an overnight stay with hot showers.
Day 5. Lake Nakuru/Lake Baringo: During the morning we will game view at Lake Nakuru before proceeding to Lake Baringo after lunch. Boat trips are available on this lake and are available to our clients. There is an extra charge for this service. Dinner and overnight rest at the camp.
Day 6: Lake Bogoria/Nairobi: This is the true naturalists lake with flamingoes in their thousands. We will be able to explore on foot but caution must be taken while walking near the hot springs. In the afternoon we will depart from Nairobi to arrive late evening.

Day 1. Day 6. Samburu: An early morning pre-breakfast game drive. The combination of the dawn light and the fresh morning air is complemented by the wide variety of game life available at this time of the day. We will return to the camp in time for lunch. The afternoon game drive offers a no less exciting view of this National Park with the evening sun providing a wonderful back drop to the animals going about clients will be staying at the camp.

14 Day Private Homestay Safari - (Lewa Downs, Aberdares, Solio, Ol Malo, Crater Lake, Longonot Ranch, Rekero)
Day 1. Wilderness Trails: The safari begins with the beautiful drive to Lewa Downs, one of Kenya’s oldest private ranches and an influential model in global conservation circles. Run by the Craig family, Wilderness Trails offers a relaxed homestay in a spectacular wilderness, which can be experienced on foot, from the ranch 4 wheel drive vehicle, or on horse back.
Day 2 & 3. Wilderness Trails: 2 full days to explore the wonders of Lewa Downs, where elephants roam alongside graceful reticulated giraffe, giant eland, all the big cats, and one of the world’s last great population of black rhino.
Day 4. Aberdares/Solio: If the black rhino has not been seen at Lewa Downs, a short drive west, to Solio Reserve, where the Parfet family have achieved the world’s highest reproduction rate of this magnificent beast. The camp site is on a spectacular riverside location, between snow-capped Mount Kenya and the green slopes of the Aberdares.
Day 5 & 6. Aberdares/Solio: 2 full days to enjoy the wonders of Solio, which hosts large numbers of plains game as well as its famous population of black and white rhino. From here, it’s a short drive to the Aberdare Salient, where Kenya’s last great indigenous forest harbors great herds of elephant, buffalo, lion, rare bongo antelope, and spectacular birdlife.
Day 7. Ol Malo: From the Aberdares, heading east across the Laikipia Plateau to the spectacular wilderness of Ol Malo, a 5,000 acre game sanctuary perched above the Uaso Nyiro River. Overnight in one of four charming cottages overlooking a large waterhole where elephant and resident leopard regularly come to drink.
Day 8. Ol Malo: A day at Ol Malo gives us chances to drive or walk in the surrounding bush or to visit the Francombe family’s traditional Samburu neighbors. Our Hosts also have a stable of horses and camels, which offer a unique perspective of this wild land – and good chances of seeing shyer antelope species such as klipspringer and the majestic Greater Kudu.
Day 9. Crater Lake/Longonot Ranch: Depart for the Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha, famed as the heartland of Kenya’s original settler community. the day will be spent hippo watching on the lake or walking and riding on the plains around Mt Longonot. Overnight at a camp on Crater Lake or a classic old manor house on Longonot Ranch.
Day 10. Rekero: Continue south to the world-famous Masai Mara reserve. On the sweeping river-fed plains, the whole of wild Africa congregates, from elephant and buffalo to prowling cats and huge herds of plains game. Home for the next four days will be Rekero, the charming house of Pauline and Ron Beaton, whose four thatched bungalows overlook a much frequented waterhole on the edge of the reserve.
Day 11, 12 & 13. Rekero: The last days offer a veritable wildlife feast, when game driving or enjoying escorted walks across the plains.
Day 14. Departure: Sadly, you bid “kwaheri” to this special piece of Africa as you board the flight to Nairobi. Day rooms reserved at a Nairobi Hotel for freshening up before transferring to the airport for your flight out of Kenya.

Days 4 & 5. Elsa's Kopje/Meru: Full day of game viewing on foot or in one of the custom open sided safari Land Rovers. Days 2 & 3. Loldia House/ Lake Naivasha: A drive along the spectacular Rift Valley escarpment to Lake Naivasha, one of Kenya's most picturesque freshwater lakes. Spend two nights at Loldia, a beautiful colonial-style farmhouse, from where the mystical Hells Gate National Park and the magical Crater Lake may be visited, where flamingos and flamboyant colobus monkeys abound. Take a picnic breakfast out on the lake or visit Joy Adamson's Elsamere Conservation Center.
Days 4, 5 & 6. Governor's Camp/ Maasai Mara: Return to Nairobi for lunch before an afternoon flight over the sweeping expanse of the Rift Valley to the Masai Mara, Kenya's most spectacular game reserve. Spend the next three nights at Governor's or Little Governor's Camps to experience the luxurious camping of a bygone era. Enjoy two full days tracking the 'Big Five', amongst other plains game and observe hippos churn up the river whilst crocodiles laze on the river banks.
Day 7. Departure: Morning flight back to Nairobi and transfer to the international airport for your onward journey.

13 Days/ 12 Nights - Culture Safari - (Nairobi, Mt. Kenya, Samburu, Naivasha, Mara, Mombasa, Malindi, Diani)
Day 1. Nairobi: Arrive in Nairobi early in the morning, met and welcomed and transferred to the hotel for the safari briefing. Depart for Riuki cultural center in Kiambu arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy Kikuyu food and drinks as well as folk dances from the locals. Latter drive back to Nairobi for the overnight stay.
Day 2. Mt Kenya: Depart for Mt Kenya region through pineapple, coffee and tea bushes arriving at the lodge in time for lunch. Enjoy locally prepared food from the local people, traditional dances and a visit to Mau Mau cave used by freedom fighters in struggle for independence.
Day 3. Samburu: Drive northwards through the semi arid area crossing the Equator and stopping for a water demonstration, meet the pastoralist Samburu herding their cattle and arrive in the lodge in time for lunch. Enjoy an evening drive in search of the rare and endemic species associated with this area like Grevy zebra, Somali ostrich, reticulated giraffe and Beisa Oryx.
Day 4. Samburu: Morning and evening game drives searching for the big five and other plain game. Visit a Samburu manyatta to learn and appreciate their culture. Over night in a lodge.
Day 5. Naivasha: After breakfast, depart for lake basin via Thomsons falls arriving in the lodge in time for lunch. Enjoy a visit to the lake with an optional boat ride to the Cresent Island. Over night in Lake Naivasha lodge.
Day 6. Maasai Mara: Depart for the famous spectacular Masai Mara arriving in the lodge time for lunch. An after noon game drive in the rolling grass of Mara and endless plains searching for the plain game and their associated predators. Over night stay in a lodge.
Day 7. Masai Mara: Visit a Maasai village in the morning and learn how they have lived with wild animals for centuries in harmony and enjoy their strong culture that has not changed. Back to the lodge with a game drive en route Hunting for the lion, cheetah, leopard and other plain game. An evening game drives in this land of breath taking where every thing is big as you hunt for the big five including the rhino. Over night on a lodge.
Day 8. Mara, Nairobi, Mombasa: After breakfast depart for Nairobi with a stop over at the rift valley view point for sight seeing the gorgeous land forms weather permitting arriving in Nairobi in time for lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant which is among top 50 in the world. Visit Bomas of Kenya in the after noon where 16 ethnic tribes are represented with villages and dances. Latter we transfer you to the railway station where you will catch a train to Mombasa. Dinner and over night in the train.
Day 9. Mombasa: Met up on arrival and transferred to the hotel, enjoy the clean beautiful beaches where you will relax after the long safari. Visit Swahili cultural center and Mbombolulu cultural centers as well as fort Jesus. Over night in a beach hotel.
Day 10. Malindi: Depart for north coast with a stop over at Gedi historical monument and museum, Giriama village and Kipepeo butterfly farm. Continue with the journey to Malindi for lunch and a visit to Vasco Dagama pillar and a town tour. Drive back to Mombasa for the over night stay.
Day 11. Diani: Depart for south coast via Likoni ferry arriving at Kaya Kindo in time for a tour to the village and the forest. Later depart for Mombasa for the over night stay.
Day 12. South Coast: Full day in the beach with optional visit to the famous Mamba village at an extra cost. Over night in the hotel.
Day 13. Departure: Say “kwaheri” to the coastal people as you transfer to the airport for a flight home.

10 Days/ 9 Nights - Western Circuit Expedition - (Nakuru, Kericho, Kisumu, Kakamega, Nakuru, Mara, Nairobi
Day 1. Nakuru: Depart for Nakuru town early in the morning with a stop over at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley for sight seeing weather permitting. Continue with safari via Subukia, which is a hollowed ground and sacred shrine of the Catholic Church. Even if you mission is not to commune with the your creator, Experience this place’s strange capacity to fascinate with over 250 species of insects, 200 grass species, 7 families of primates, sweet smell of flowers during the rainy season and one needs not to carry drinking water for there are clean wells up from the ground and is said to contain healing powers. Later drive to Nakuru town for lunch and spend the after noon at Menengai creator, which is easy to climb and have fun. Over night in a Nakuru hotel.
Day 2. Kericho: Check out from the hotel after breakfast and drive to Kericho town where you will spend the night. Enjoy the beautiful lush green carpet of tea bushes with a visit to one of the farms. Over night stay in a hotel.
Day 3, 4 & 5. Kisumu: Set out for Kisumu city early in the morning arriving at the hotel in time for lunch. Enjoy being in the largest lake in Africa with sandy beaches and is dotted with many small islands like Lusinga, Mfangano, Mbasa and Namolo islands which has not been exploited with a lot yet to be discovered. Each island offering a unique attraction with a true African culture. Beach activities are available offering more experience in the flesh water lake. Over night stays at a hotel.
Day 6 & 7. Kakamega: Depart for Kakamega Township, the home to the Luhya community who has a diverse culture and being split in to 17 dialect with varying customs and traditions. Visit the weeping stone of Maragori that produces a constant stream of water giving to many streams that give rise to many local legends. Bull fighting is the unique and well-known sporting activity that will make you remember the adventure as you enjoy a vibrant traditional dance known as Isikuti. The Kakamega forest is a “feast for the senses” with over 380 different plants, home to over 400 different species of butterflies, abundant bird life, reptiles and primates. Over night stay in a lodge/hotel.
Day 8. Nakuru: Depart for, Lake Nakuru national park where you will search for the big game like the Rhino, leopard, buffalo and other plain game. Enjoy the brilliant plumage of the lake offered by millions of Flamingos and if lucky enough meet the hippos on the shores.
Day 9&10: Masai Mara: Depart for the famous spectacular Maasai Mara in the land of breath taking vistas, rolling grass and endless plains where every thing is big. Plain game and their associated predators are in abundance. Visit a Maasi village to learn and make friendship with them. Over night stay in a lodge.

Day 1. Samburu Intrepids Camp/Samburu National Reserve: You will be met on arrival at the International Airport and briefed by your Professional Safari Guide on the safari ahead. The journey by road in a customized safari 4 wheel drive Land Rover takes you through dramatically different scenery, through the lush rainforest area at the foot of the Aberdare Mountain Range, dominated by Mount Kenya, into the high, dry land area of Kenya known as the Northern Frontier District. Lunch is a short stopover at a small restaurant just outside Nanyuki. Arrive at Samburu Intrepids late afternoon, in time for tea or a cool drink, hot shower and to relax before dinner.
Day 2. Samburu Intrepids Camp/Samburu National Reserve: After an early wakeup call spend we spend the day exploring Shaba National Reserve, location of the new Survivor series. This hot, dry reserve has beautiful scenery, is renowned for its Elephant herds, big cats and plains game. Lunch is a picnic in the shade of thorn trees, then a leisurely afternoon game drive before returning to Samburu Intrepids in time for hot showers, drinks and dinner.
Day 3. Samburu Intrepids Camp/Samburu National Reserve: After a leisurely breakfast drive into Samburu National Reserve. Here the best time for gameviewing is between 1000 and mid-day: Leopard are regularly sighted along with the characteristic northern game including Somali Ostrich, Beisa Oryx, Grevy Zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, the long-necked Gerenuk as well as Elephant, Lion and their prey: the smaller plains game. Lunch is a picnic on the shady river banks of the Ewaso Nyiro river then a short drive back to camp for a siesta and to prepare for the journey ahead.
Day 4. Sabuk Lodge/North Laikipia/Northern Frontier District: Depart from camp early in the morning for a 5 hour drive through wonderful semi-desert countryside, past the strange flat-topped 'Lolokwe' mountain and the distant Mathews Range, heading for northern Laikipia, arriving at Sabuk, on the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River in time for lunch. Unpack, relax, maybe swim in the river or just enjoy the uninterrupted view across the Laikipia plains towards the distant mountains. Enjoy an early evening bush sundowner a short walk from camp, high on rocky crags watching the sun set behind the hills.
Day 5. Sabuk Lodge/North Laikipia/Northern Frontier District: Set off in the cool early morning for a morning's walk with camels. Or you can ride a camel if you feel tired or want an even better view! Led by a professional safari guide and his team of trained Laikipiak Maasai warriors, the walk takes you across the hills with glimpses of the Ewaso river as it twists and tumbles its way across the highland plains. A picnic brunch under the thorn trees is a treat or picnic lunch on the river banks and a swim as the waters tumble into a natural rock pool. Laze by the river or in the airy mess or your own cottage for the afternoon before campfire sundowners and dinner at the Lodge.
Day 6. Longonot Ranch House/ Lake Naivasha: Depart after breakfast for a 3 & half hour drive, descending from the Laikipia Plateau onto the Rift Valley floor, heading for Lake Naivasha arriving in time for lunch. After lunch enjoy a guided walk or drive across this beautiful private ranch with views across to Lake Naivasha and Longonot, an extinct volcano on the ranch border. Horseriding is bookable at the ranch - a great way to get up close to the Zebra, Giraffe and other plentiful plains game here.
Day 7. Lake Naivasha/Maasai Mara Private Camp: After an early start from Lake Naivasha, drop down the Mau escarpment to cross the Rift Valley floor, climbing up to the famous plains of the Maasai Mara, arriving in camp late afternoon. Cheli & Peacock's seasonal tented camp is on a specially chosen site, away from the busy tourist circuit. From camp you look out over the savannah and the plains game grazing nearby. Accommodation is in spacious tents with an en suite safari shower & traditional safari 'short drop' toilet.
Day 8 & 9. Maasai Mara Private Camp: The Maasai Mara is a spectacular gameviewing experience, it is like the Discovery channel only better because you are part of the wildlife experience. Camp is on the edge of an escarpment overlooking the plains in front and wild olive forest behind. This hosted camp serves delicious home-baked north Italian food from the Cheli's family recipes. Game drives, bush breakfasts, sundowners and bush walks around camp make this an unforgettable part of the trip.
Day 10. Depart: Transfer to the airstrip for your Air Kenya scheduled flight back to Nairobi departing at 11h00. On arrival at 12h15 approximately, a representative will meet and transfer you to your hotel The Norfolk Hotel.
Day 11. Board Air transfer Kiwayu/Lamu Archipelago: Depart Elsa's Kopje on the Air Kenya scheduled flight to Samburu departing 0845, arriving 0905. Connect with the Air Kenya scheduled flight to Wilson departing 1050, arriving 1215. Catch the 1315 Air Kenya Schedule flight, arriving 1455. You will be met at the airstrip by a driver and taken for a short drive to Kiwayu. Kick off your shoes, put on your beachwear and relax. An evening walk in the sand dunes or just chill out in the beach bar.
Days 12,13 & 14. Kiwayu, Lamu Archipelago Life's a Beach: delicious fresh seafood, plenty of long cool drinks and as much or as little as you want to do. Activities include wind surfing, snorkeling, laser sailing, sand dune sundowners or game drives in the Dodori National Reserve. Guests are often invited to participate in the turtle-hatching project run by the Kenya Wildlife Service, protecting the baby turtles on their first voyage across the sand to the Indian Ocean.
Day 15: Depart: Shake the sand from your toes after lunch and say goodbye to Kiwayu. Catch the 1500 Air Kenya Schedule Kiwayu - Wilson, arriving 1645. On arrival you will be met by your driver and transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
